In order to determine what replacement grease seals, races, bearings, and hubs you need, you first need to identify the capacity of your axle.
The first thing you need to do is look for any axle tag or etched axle number on the crosstube itself. Sometimes this information is inside the axle hubs if the axles came as a complete assembly. The axle information can also be found on any paperwork you received from your trailer.

While we cannot confirm for sure what the "L" means on the 11033L, the "L" does not make a differences when coming to fitment of the hub.
With that being said, the Tie Down Engineering 11033 hub has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and is designed for 3500-lb axles. Replacement hubs that have these specs typically use a # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing, as well as inner race # L68111, outer race # L44610 and grease seals with inner diameter of 1.719" and outer diameter of 2.565".

The bolt pattern of the # AKHD-545-35-K is a 5 on 4-1/2, but you will need to know what size your spindle is on your trailer to make sure the drums will work.
The easiest way to see what you need is to pull the hub and drum and get the numbers off of the bearings. It will be stamped or etched on the side of the bearing as shown in the attached photo. To make sure you find the right replacement hubs you can do a couple of things. First check out the bearing and see if you can find the numbers for the bearings either etched or stamped on the side of the bearing.

No, the electric brake kit # AKEBRK-35 does not come with hubs and bearings. # AKEBRK-35 includes the brake assemblies only. That being said, we do carry the hubs for a 3,500 lb axle. I recommend the # AKHD-555-35-EZ-K. This uses the standard L68149 inner bearing and L44649 outer bearing. This hub comes pre greased and packed with bearing seals and races. The grease caps and lug nuts are also included.

Based on what we could find, the AL-KO 8490 is a 3,500 lb axle, and your info stating the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and 10" x 2-1/4" drum size supports that as well.
I do recommend verifying what you need by taking apart your current hub assembly and looking at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. The best way to find out what the components are would be to remove them and locate the numbers on the bearing and seal and race. I have attached a photo that indicates where the part number is normally found.

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, part # K2R526S you are referencing does not come with the bearings, races, or seals. This is a stainless steel brake kit with a 12 inch rotor and a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. This is designed for 5,200 to 6,000 lb axles and 15 inch or larger wheels.

It's recommended that trailer hubs be pulled and the bearings and races cleaned and inspected and the bearings repacked every 12 months or 12,000 miles.
Assuming you're speaking of an EZ Lube spindle, I'd recommend checking the grease fill monthly. Attach your grease gun such as # L30-310 to the zerk fitting and gently apply pressure until you see the outer bearing move or see grease oozing through the outer bearing. There should be a label or a plate on the axle or on your trailer that should have the weight capacity listed. Since there can be many combinations of axles with hubs and bolt patterns, the best way to determine your axle weight capacity and which bearing are needed is by using the part numbers of the inner and outer bearings in the hub.
